This includes any item that may come into direct or indirect contact with the body, skin, or personal use areas. 2. Exceptions — Only if There Is an Error from Our Side An exchange may be accepted only in the following cases: The item arrives damaged. The received item is different from the one ordered. To process such cases, customers must provide: Clear photos of the item. The order number. A description of the issue within 24 hours of delivery. 3.
