Return requests can be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product, with the purchase invoice or order number provided as proof
The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories and attached tags
Products showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted
If any defect appears in the product after use or washing, the product will be reviewed by the company's production department, and the customer will be notified within a maximum of 10 official working days from the date the product is handed to the shipping representative. (If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer is entitled to an exchange or refund, and the company will bear the shipping costs for the replacement item. If misuse by the customer is proven, the product will be returned to the customer.)

- All personal care products, beauty tools, accessories, makeup items, and any products showing any signs of use.
- Products identified as non-returnable.
Return Procedures
- 1- Contact Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- 2- Provide the order number or a screenshot of the order details.
- 3- Attach clear photos showing the product issue or damage.
- 4- Explain the issue briefly and clearly.
- 5- The Bishyaka team will review the request and contact the customer with the approval or rejection status.
- 6- If approved, the customer will receive the appropriate exchange instructions according to Bishyaka’s policy.
