1. No Returns or Exchanges All personal care products and accessories on Bishyaka are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, to ensure public health and safety. This includes any item that may come into direct or indirect contact with the body, skin, or personal use areas. 2. Exceptions — Only if There Is an Error from Our Side An exchange may be accepted only in the following cases: The item arrives damaged. The received item is different from the one ordered. To process such cases, customers must provide: Clear photos of the item. The order number. A description of the issue within 24 hours of delivery. 3. Strictly Non-Exchangeable Items Due to hygiene and public health regulations, the following cannot be exchanged under any circumstances: Opened or used personal care products. Beauty accessories/tools that show any signs of use. Items missing their original packaging or hygiene seals. Any item that has been tried, sprayed, swatched, or tested. 4. Customer Responsibilities Review all product details before placing an order. Inspect items immediately upon delivery and report any issue within the allowed time. 5. Cancellation Policy Orders may be cancelled only before processing starts. After the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. 6.
