Return and refund

Return requests can be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. Provide the purchase invoice or order number as proof. The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories and attached tags. Products showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted. If any defect appears after use or washing, the product will be reviewed by Bishyaka’s production department. Customers will be notified within 10 official working days from the date the product is handed to the shipping representative. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer is entitled to an exchange or refund, and Bishyaka will cover the shipping costs for the replacement. If misuse by the customer is proven, the product will be returned to the customer. Non-returnable products include underwear and socks for health reasons, products customized or altered at the customer’s request, and special offers clearly identified as non-returnable. To return a product, submit a return request via the Bishyaka website or by contacting customer service. The product will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Refund processing takes 7 to 14 days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made into the Bishyaka wallet inside your account. Once the refund process is complete, the customer will be notified. Cash refunds upon receiving the return are not available.
